Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault present at time of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on discounted items. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings and hair pieces or any items you may have changed your mind.
For all other items you may exchange or obtain a credit not within 7 days from date of purchase of receiving the products.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted for exchange or credit note.
All exchanged products are to be returned in the original packaging with the tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent in.
Refunds will only be issued if there is manufacturing fault present once purchased.
All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 7 business days of making a claim for faulty goods.
If you are issued a refund it will be credited back to the credit card that you have placed your order with via Shopify. Once the refund has been issued it can take 7 business days to clear in your account.
